The below procedure is the procedure I follow to clean the AirBnB property. This may or may not be the best "set by step procedure" for you to follow. The intent is for all the steps to be accomplished. You may complete the procedure in whichever steps you see fit. I can assure you the procedure I follow guarantees the AirBnB property maintains a deep clean in the most efficient manner possible.
Cleaning Supplies
Cleaning supplies, Laundry Room shelf #X, in cleaning supplies caddy. X. trash bags X. disposable gloves X. duster X. disinfecting wipes (used for bed, end tables, desk, desk mat, inside microwave, inside refrigerator, window ledge) X. lime-a-way spray (used for sink faucet and drain, shower faucet & drain & shower head) X. cleaner with bleach spray (used for sink basin, inside toilet, shower stall) X. toilet bowl cleaner X. glass cleaner spray (mirrors, lamps, window, microwave glass & black surface, refrigerator glass & black surface, NOT TV) X. lens cleaning wipes (TV glass only) X. X.X gallon water sprayer (in front of the cleaning supply caddy on ground) X. drill with scrub pad (used for sink basin, inside toilet, shower stall) X. stainless steel cleaner spray (used for stainless steel trash cans, refrigerators stainless exterior, microwave stainless steel accents, sink & drain, shower faucet & drain & shower head ) X. extra white cleaning cloths (next to cleaning supply caddy) X. vacuum cleaner (in front of dryer) X. carpet shampooer (in front of dryer)
Windows
Fasten paper blinds to hang in the middle of the window.
Cleaning Procedure
Open windows in Bedroom X for a minimum of X minutes. (if raining please keep windows closed).
Wash hands in Bathroom X.
Put on disposable gloves and use during the entire cleaning process.
Remove Linen
Remove and replace trash bags from Bedroom X and Bathroom X. Check Keurig coffee machine for used K-cups. Leave one bag open for cleaning supply trash as needed.

Remove all USED linen from Bedroom X (comforter, sheet, fitted sheet, pillow case, robes, extra blanket) and leave mattress cover and pillow covers on. Place pillows on closet shelf during the cleaning procedure.
Laundry
Wash X comforter at a time. Note: laundry cleaning products are located under the dryer. Washing machine: X pod and fill up bleach reservoir. Press machine on, normal and hold to start. (X minutes) Dryer: X dryer sheet. Press machine on, normal and hold to start. (X minutes)
Wash Bedroom X linen, Bedroom X towels, X rugs, shower curtain and curtain liner [AS NEEDED]) in X load. Note: laundry cleaning products are located under the dryer. Washing machine: X pod and fill up bleach reservoir. Press machine on, normal and hold to start. (X minutes) Dryer: X dryer sheet. Press machine on, normal and hold to start. (X minutes)
Folding laundry and place on shelf.
Dusting
Dusting Bedroom X: Start from the top of the bed and work your way left, counter clockwise, include all surfaces and floor trim.
Dusting Bathroom X: Start from the right side of the sink and work your way left, counter clockwise, including all surfaces and floor trim.
Dust laundry baskets outside Bathroom X.
Disinfecting
Disinfecting Wipes Bedroom X: Start from the top of the bed and work your way left, counter clockwise, including all FLAT surfaces i.e. bed head and foot board top, end tables top, desk top, desk mat, inside microwave, inside refrigerator and the window ledge.
Disinfecting Wipes Bathroom X: Start from the right side of the sink and work your way left, counter clockwise, including all flat surface i.e. counter top, toilet.
Spray and leave lime-a-way spray on the sink faucet & drain, shower faucet, shower drain & shower head.
Spray and leave cleaner with bleach spray on the sink basin, inside the toilet and the shower stall. Please do not spray stainless steel fixtures.
Squeeze and leave the toilet bowl cleaner around the inside rim.
Spray glass cleaner spray (mirrors, lamps, window, microwave glass & black surface, refrigerator glass & black surface, NOT TV)
Wipe lens cleaning wipes on TV glass (AS NEEDED)
Lightly spray water from the X.X gallon water sprayer on sink faucet & basin, toilet, shower faucet & drain & shower head and stall.
Lightly drill with scrub pad the sink basin, inside toilet and the shower stall. If black marks appear around stainless steel fixture on the white surface, spray with lime-a-way and lightly drill with scrub pad.
Very, very lightly spray stainless steel cleaner spray on the stainless steel trash cans, refrigerators stainless exterior, microwave stainless steel accents, sink faucet & drain, shower faucet & drain & shower head and wipe clean.
Lightly spray water from the X.X gallon water sprayer on sink faucet & basin, toilet bowl, shower faucet & drain & shower head and stall ensuring all debris is washed away. Wipe sink faucet dry.
Windows/ Return Cleaning Products
Close windows in Bedroom X.
Return the cleaning supplies to the Laundry Room shelf #X. Dirty white cleaning cloths go into the Laundry Room hamper in front of the washing machine.
Replace Linen
Replace all linen for Bedroom X (comforter, sheet, fitted sheet, pillow case, robes X S/M & X L/XL, extra blanket).
Replace all linen for Bathroom X (X bath towels, X hand towels, X washcloths, X rugs, shower curtain and curtain liner). Each towel rack should have X bath towels, X hand towels and X washcloths.
Restock
Restock Bedroom X: refrigerator X waters, X coffee cups, X coffee cup lids, X coffee K-cups, ensure more than X black straws. Turn TV on, click "Home" button on the top right. Leave TV on. Say "Hey Siri, turn the lights on." Say "Hey Siri, turn the lights violet." Say "Hey Siri turn bathroom X lights violet." Turn Air Purifiers On, Fan X, X hours.
Restock Bathroom X: fold the end of the toilet paper on the wall, ensure X rolls of toilet paper and X baby wipe pack are under the sink.
Vacuum
Vacuum Bedroom X, Bathroom X and hallway floors. Empty Vacuum cleaner. Return the vacuum cleaner to the Laundry Room.
Stairs
Dust, disinfect and vacuum as time permits.
Bathroom X
Dust, disinfect and vacuum as time permits.
Kitchen
Dust, disinfect and vacuum as time permits.
Living Room
Dust, disinfect and vacuum as time permits.
Front Porch
Dust, disinfect and sweep as time permits.
Project Complete
Trash is disposed on your way out of the front door to the right and THANK YOU!
