Please check the house for any new stains, scratches, marks, damage or missing items. Take pictures if there are any issues and send a description to KIM especially if there are issues or it's not clean.
Check all windows and doors are locked. Check smoke detectors are on and the light is flashing.
Ensure BOSE speakers are there, turn on , working etc.
BEDROOM ONE
Strip bedding
Remove Pillow Protectors
Make bed
Ensure the luggage racks are in an open position in closets
Wipe down drawers where needed, side tables, dresser
Iron cord wrapped neatly Ironing board in room
Spot clean walls where needed
Check all lightbulbs for burn outs (replace as needed)
If items from past guest found bag, label with room number and date. Place on cart to give to reception when you return to Xth floor.
Windex Glass Surface such as windows
Dust
Ensure hangers are in closet
Spot Clean Carpets for Stains ( if needed)
Vaccuum
BEDROOM TWO

Bag all perishable items found form past guest. Label as directed above and put in fridge on Xth floor
LIVING ROOM (INCLUDING ENTRYWAY WHERE APPLICABLE)
Ensure remote for TV is in room and working. If not have batteries replaced from front desk
Dust all furniture, hard surfaces, and décor
Check all lightbulbs for burn outs (replace as needed)
Wash furniture where needed
Check to make sure windows and blinds are clean
Spot clean walls where needed
Spot Clean Carpets for Stains ( if needed)
Vacuum all floors
Mop when needed(IE Tiles or Hard Flooring Present)
Ensure no smoking sign is in holder and put in a visible area
BEFORE LEAVING
Ensure all garbage has been removed
Ensure all lost and found items and perishables have been removed and labelled
Ensure thermostat is left ON AUTO AND SET TO X( Summer) X (Winter)
Ensure blinds are closed (Summer) left open (winter)
Ensure all lights off, nothing left behind
Send any issues through the app (with pictures if neccessary) and write your name to verify who cleaned room in notes. Then press finished cleaning
